Wonder where the 'b.' in agnès b came from? It is actually the designer's first husband's surname, publisher Christian Bourgois. One wouldn't have known that 'b.' would gained such importance in coming the label's trademark. With the French label turning 40 next year, Agnès Troublé certainly came a long way. She is one of the few female designers who have expanded her namesake label from womenswear to menswear, accessories, jewellery, skincare, cosmetics, maternity wear, eyewear, watches and even film making.
I was particularly bewitched by the whimsical French fairytale-inspired crown charm and castle ring. They are perfect if you wish to add a touch of playfulness in your outfit.
I am seriously diggin' this leather wallet from the agnès b Homme collection. Its leather string and metallic coin sure bring back nostalgia and remind me of how people used to tie a scroll with a string in the past. Doing away with the conventional wallet designs, such as buttons, zippers, magnetic flaps and just a fold, this piece suits both men and women perfectly. I want!
